My name is Alan Kula and I am a professional collections specialist. I have spent 25 years helping companies collect their past due invoices, with great success—and the last 10 years putting my talents and proven skills to use working for Dowden Health Media and Wainscot Media in Montvale, NJ.
 
Working in different industries, from apparel to electronics to publishing to web hosting, I’ve learned to adjust and handle the collections in any industry. Yes, customers may be different but the situations and stories are usually the same.

I understand the special demands and needs of your business and the sometimes sensitive relationships you may have with your customers. Unlike many “collectors,” who can appear threatening and endanger an otherwise satisfactory relationship with a client, I can collect much (if not most) of the monies owed you while fostering a continued good relationship with your client.
